Ghana Ministries is deeply grateful for the donations and fundraisers that support our mission, a mission God has laid on our hearts. Yet, we believe in the importance of becoming as self-sufficient as possible. After thorough research and prayerful consideration, we have decided to establish a sustainability initiative on a portion of our land.
Our Sustainability Initiative extends far beyond one area of farming. Through the raising of pigs, cows, chickens, and sheep—along with the cultivation of fruit trees and other agricultural resources—we are building a diversified, income-generating farm designed to support the long-term needs of our Children’s Home. Proceeds from livestock breeding, agricultural production, and harvest sales directly fund daily operations, food, education, and care for the children at “New Light.” By developing multiple sources of provision, we are creating a stable foundation that strengthens the ministry today while securing its future for years to come.
